Synthetic Staghorn handle with Celtic knotwork on top.  Poem by Robert Burns inscribed on the back.  The words are:  "My heart's in the Highlands, My heart is not here;  My heart's in the Highlands, a chasing the dear."  Robby Burns 1759-1796.
